  I was not impressed. I am a big fan of sushi trains and sushi takeaways but this was one of the worst experiences. To start with the man that served me did not speak or understand English very well even after I had pointed out the items to him that I wished to order. Then he yelled in my ear in an Asian language to the woman cooking in the kitchen. While waiting for my order I was watching the two staff in the partitioned kitchen area preparing food. The woman who was preparing the food lifted her hands off the plate she was working on, turned her back to the customers sitting in the restaurant part and started eating something from what she was preparing, then she turned back without washing or cleaning her hands and kept preparing the same food. She ate a few more times while I was there and kept on preparing food. I was disgusted and ended up throwing all the food in the nearest bin that I had bought.
