  I've stayed here and had possessions taken by other guests just about everyone's got a key too everybodys door verry poor management staff very rude meals and rooms over priced if you're looking for a place to have dinner the Aussie is the place to go or the sports club as for a room the Bellvue hotel is a better place to stay

  couple of days after New Years Day and Maryborough dead as a dodo with every pub we walked into saying the same - kitchen not open - and then we camp upon The Post Office Hotel. Admittedly the guys were in a bit of a tizzy, apparently they had just reopened, but the meal specials were great - $12 for my crumbed steak chips and Salad and $18 for my friends Rump Chips & Salad with Mushroom Sauce - beautiful old pub, great meal prices and service - they deserve to do well
